Our commitment to our customers is that your order will be shipped no later than 1 to 2 business days after we receive your order. When we are not able to meet this schedule we will call you to make other arrangements.
All orders will be shipped via UPS "Ground" from our warehouse in Burlington, WA. A physical location address is required, as UPS does not deliver to post office boxes.
Customers in Western Washington and Oregon generally receive orders within one to three business days. Outside Western Washington and Oregon, orders are received within three to eight business days depending on location. For expedited shipping outside Washington and Oregon, shipping is available via UPS "3 Day Air".
We provide free shipping in the continental US via UPS "Ground" for personal home use orders with a purchase of $50 or more.
