Our roasting process combines the precision of science and the wisdom of over 40 years of experience, which we would like to offer, along with our commitment to quality products and exceptional service. In addition to offering freshly roasted coffee, we have a full line of espresso and drip brewing equipment, as well as many other complementing products. To aid in your success, we also offer espresso training, training manuals and videos. For those just starting a coffee business, we provide many services that will help get you going on the right track to success.
Sales
We offer competitive pricing based on our customer’s per week average usage and specific needs. Please contact a Sales Representative for more information. Your sales person will assist you in working out an order and delivery schedule that is convenient and reliable for you. We roast coffee just before delivery or shipment. Therefore, we appreciate having your order as early as possible. This helps maintain an orderly, reliable packing and delivery schedule for all our customers. If we do not receive your order and you are on our regular delivery schedule, we will give you a reminder call.
Order Desk
The order desk and main roasting facility are located in Burlington, WA. A representative from the Order Desk is available to take your order 8 AM to 4:30 PM pst, Monday through Friday. You may also choose to fax your order or leave it on our voice messaging system after hours or on weekends. Please Note: Starting January 2nd, our hours are changing…we will be open from 7 AM to 4 PM.
Deliveries
If your business is in our delivery area, you can expect to see your delivery representative weekly (minimums apply). You can count on a visit on the same day each week.
Shipping
For customers outside our weekly delivery area, we ship orders via UPS. Our commitment to our customers is that your order will be shipped no later than the next business day after we receive your order. In the event we are not able to meet this schedule, we will call you to make other arrangements. Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
